As a longtime Zingle customer, the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel started using text messaging to communicate with in-house guests for questions and service requests.

After seeing a positive response from guests as well as the hotel staff, the Manchester Grand Hyatt team looked to expand their text communication for their colleagues as well as related partners and vendors.

Their main goal was to create an instant communication channel by using text messaging to send important and time-sensitive information to colleagues and vendor partners.


The Manchester Grand Hyatt team created a separate text message number for internal communication and loaded their colleague phone numbers into the Zingle platform. New colleagues enroll as part of the onboarding process.

There were a variety of different messages sent to the staff at Manchester Grand Hyatt on a scheduled basis including parking information, benefit deadlines, colleague event notifications as well as emergency alerts as needed.


By using Zingle for internal text message communication, Manchester Grand Hyatt colleagues were better informed on what was going on in and around the property and were notified of company events that were coming up.

Before Zingle, some colleagues were not well informed on current and future events due to their hectic schedules but now are able to receive any type of company message no matter if they are on property or not.

At a property that is open 24 hours a day, quality communication with colleagues is important.
