Fuerte Group Hotels Incorporates Zingle to it’s Call Center to Improve Communication With it’s Customers

Thanks to this application, guests of the hotel chain will be able to channel all their requests through WhatsApp, both before and during their stay in the group’s hotels.

For Fuerte Group Hotels there is nothing more valuable than the time of its clients. For this reason, the chain has just incorporated the new “Zingle” tool into its call center, belonging to the Medallia company, which allows its clients to make all their requests through WhatsApp.

According to Mónica Moya, director of the Contact Center at Fuerte Group Hotels: “This is an accessible communication tool that puts our clients in immediate contact with the chain’s hotel reservation center. It can be used before your arrival, and throughout your stay, to request all the services you need: from managing room reservations or making an appointment for a treatment at the spa or a place in a restaurant for dinner, to reporting a fault; and all this without having to move from her hammock.”

Regarding its immediacy, it explains: “It is completed with the solid training that all our agents receive in order to be able to attend, quickly and very professionally, to all kinds of demands. Knowing perfectly all the establishments of the group, they are able to advise guests and process their requests quickly.” In addition to the improvement that the use of this new tool implies in terms of customer service, she concludes: “It also constitutes another step in our new capacity management policies, since it avoids uncomfortable queues and streamlines flows within the hotel.”
